This website is operated by RNcouture. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to RNcouture.
RNcouture offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, you may not access or use any part of our services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.
3. Products and Services
All RNcouture garments are designed and handcrafted in the United States by a small, woman-owned business.
Most of our designs are made to order using traditional artisanal methods. Slight variations in finish, texture, or color are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions and pricing may change without prior notice.
4. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
All custom and made-to-order products (including competition bikinis, couture dresses, and personalized garments) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
RNcouture does not issue monetary refunds for cancelled or returned custom orders.
At our discretion, we may issue a store credit (gift card), minus applicable Shopify transaction fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) and any bank charges that cannot be recovered.
All ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or inaccurate information is provided.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In such cases, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
6. Shipping
Ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom and made-to-order items require an estimated 4 weeks for production before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. RNcouture currently ships within the United States.
7. Intellectual Property
All RNcouture designs, images, texts, and materials appearing on this website are the exclusive property of RNcouture.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
RNcouture is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
You agree that your use of our services and products is at your own risk. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNcouture, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
