Refund policy


STANDARD RETURN POLICY

At RN Couture, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged upon receipt:

  • Custom orders (any made-to-measure or personalized product)
  • Competition bikinis or custom designs currently in production
  • Posing suits and robes
  • Pre-owned items
  • Quick-ship or ready-to-send items
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:


  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • The product must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging included.
  • The item must be clean, free of stains, makeup residue, body fluids, sweat, or perfume odors.
  • Any item returned in non-compliant condition will be denied and shipped back to the customer.

 

REFUND AMOUNT

Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.


  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or partial refund to the original payment method (depending on the case).
  • RN Couture reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return authorization, please contact admin@rncouture.com.

Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • RN Couture is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@rncouture.com with photos and your order number.

 

Please note that improper handling, cleaning, or alterations by the customer or any third party void any right to claim, refund, or exchange.
