PURCHASE POLICY

 

At RN Couture, every order is processed with precision and care. We offer both ready-to-ship products and custom-made garments, as clearly indicated on each product page.

By purchasing from RN Couture, you agree to the following:


  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, which accepts most major credit and debit cards.
  • RN Couture does not store or access any customer payment information.
  • Orders are confirmed and placed into production only after full payment is received.
  • Once your order is submitted, production or preparation begins immediately.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Because each RN Couture piece is handcrafted and often made to order, monetary refunds for cancellations are not available.


If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, it will be handled at RN Couture’s discretion and issued as a store credit (gift card) only — minus any applicable transaction and processing fees charged by your bank or Shopify (typically 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction).


  • Custom-made garments, dresses, and personalized designs cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
  • For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return Policy.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

 

Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

Once production begins, design, size, or color changes cannot be made.

Requests for adjustments before production starts may be considered but are not guaranteed.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS

RN Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, payment issues, or violation of our Terms of Service and policies.
